The Photographer

About Noëlle van der Lende

After her study, Noëlle worked as a model for a while. Soon she started taking pictures herself. In the following years she developed into a professional photographer of international renown.
Her very specialized, innovative and diverse work quickly attracted the attention of the media and soon she had the opportunity to work in many cities, including London, Paris, Madrid and Milano, for 'glossies' such as Donna, Madame, Vogue, W-Magazine, Grazia and Sposa Bella. In the same period, Noëlle created promotional campaigns for designers and brands such as Mariella Burani, American Express, Billy Bo, Unilever, Oilily, Catharine Hamnet, UPC, Chanel, Philips and Playtex.

At several locations, Noëlle created outstanding production facilities, making it easy and financially viable to host fashion and advertising assignments, allowing her to develop her expertise in illustration and talent for stunning photography. Her sojourns abroad meant she developed her love of beautiful settings and venues, whereby she expanded her portfolio to include images both poetical and precise for the discerning traveller.

Since Noëlle returned to the Netherlands some years ago, she has exhibited her work in the Cobra Museum, the Amsterdam Hilton Hotel, the Dutch Art Association and several art galleries. Her photography is distinguished by a special combination of aesthetics and originality, so that each photograph seems to tell a story of its own. Her passion for creating beauty and perfection always guarantees an outstanding and wonderful result.

Bambyn

Noëlle set up a foundation, Bambyn, to propagate pride of one’s own culture, one’s own country and materials. The Keukenhof Mansion exhibition will be the pilot of what is to become an international ‘Mirror of our heritage’ sequence. During the next year my foundation will train people from all over the world, so that they can set up similar initiatives back home.’
